Home Extension Guru was founded in 2020 as part of the Peter Philip Group and has since grown into a firm of multiple talented designers and professionals who believe in creating inspirational extensions and cutting out all the unnecessary steps and high prices given by typical architectural firms who have other priorities than home extensions. We are the opposite. We love to work with families and home owners giving them the space they love.
Through our designs, we strive to find the perfect balance between comfort, practicality, and beauty.

After lots of searching online, trying to find a simple site that produced plans and designs solely for extensions in the midlands and Nottinghamshire area, there was no one-stop solutions to home extensions online - unless you want them based in London!

We wanted to create a place where you can easily submit your project details and obtain planning ready designs and plans in days. All without the need for pricey architects when extensions are so common in the UK. We believe you shouldn't have to pay through the roof for extensions when they can be designed beautifully and still be within your budget.

We wanted to have forums to encourage open discussions for homeowners, builders and architects can come together and ask questions, give and receive feedback on their projects.
